Breathing Oxygen

I have been taking oxygen on and off for a couple years, but recently the past 6 months, I have been sucking oxygen three times a week at Breathe Zones. The effects are subtle in the movement but the long term effects are profound. Breathing oxygen has triggered a series of events that have me taking my health much more seriously. I am thinking much more clearly and have been very productive at work. I have lost 20 pounds my body feels like its getting younger, I put in some work but the oxygen definitely helps get things moving. Thanks Breathe.
