ADD and Life Worth Living

In 2010, I was diagnosed with “ADD” Attention Deficit Disorder. I couldn’t focus on my school work, nor could I focus on my main responsibilities in my own life. It was a challenge. I considered taking medications such as Adderall, Vyvanse, and concerta. However, all of which affected my health negatively. In taking these medications, I followed the instructions on how to take them to the T and in return, I encountered consistent headaches, stomach aches, and sleep deprivation. Then I found Breathe Health Center and I was offered an alternative way to help with my so called “ ADD”. I was told “To breathe oxygen will help with mental clarity and focus”. Now, I did not necessarily believe this right away. Yet as they say, do not knock it until you try it, so I did. Now, I have been doing oxygen for 2 years at three times a week, and I have felt amazing. I have been able to sleep better, I am able to focus both on schoolwork, work, and any responsibilities I have had. I have had more energy throughout the day, as well as been more productive in my own life, and relationships with family, friends, etc. I thank you Breathe, for giving me a life worth living.
